1.Melamine Cyanurate for nylon Brief introduction:
MCA contains triazine benzenoid structure, which is absolutely stable. Besides, the conjugative effect of electron cloud of benzenoid structure makes it an even more stable product. With high nitrogen content, low toxicity of the decompounded product, MCA is a new type of efficient polyamide appended flame-resistant product which caters to current trend.
MCA can reduce the surface temperature of the polymer material and isolate the air to block the combustion by sublimation decalescence.
The fire retardant mechanism of MCA lies in transferring the course of degradation of the polyamide and hot ammonia, interacting to form the surface expansive layer of the carbon. The mechanism can be summarized as catalyzed carbonized expansion in cooperated phase and dilution in gas phase.

3. Characteristic and directions for use 1) The product has good flame-resistant effect, low-dosage, non-toxic and few smoking quantities. It has good solubility with nylon resin, affects slightly to the machine capability. It seldom occur the mold stick, foaming and frosting phenomenon in the process, accretion is about 20% according to the request of nylon product.
2) Mix with nylon evenly according to certain proportion, drying for 8 hours in vacuum under 110 making water content less than 0.1%; prevent from reabsorbing moisture.
3) Injection temperature is 240-260 , mold temperature is 60-70 , and injection pressure is 600-800Mpa.
4) Applied in PE, EVA cable, heat shrinkable pipe, TPV cable and silicon-rubber.
4. Packing, Storage and Transportation
1) 25kg polypropylene woven bag inner lining plastic film.2) Non-dangerous goods storing in ventilated warehouse. Avoid moisture during transportation, and 12 months storage period.
